After reading Eating for Energy I don’t like Yuri posted few recipes from other resources and some recipes don’t contain pictures in them. However, I prepare these recipes and I really like them.

In the end I like to say Eating for Energy is the perfect solution for those people that want to increase energy without relying on caffeine, expensive foods and supplement. Yuri explained complete technique in this guide that will increase overall energy of the body. I like to give it 9 out of 10 and also recommend to anyone that wants to increase their energy naturally.
